With 30 years' experience, Property Management Umbria can help you manage your second home in Umbria. All properties require management and maintenance throughout the year and the services we offer can be tailored to the villa or owner.

Ours is a family business started in 1990 by Maria-Pia Cozzi Ross, who now works together with her daughter Daniela Giulia Ross. Maria-Pia is Italian, but has lived in several countries worldwide, including England, Scotland and Ireland . She is bilingual in Italian and English and also speaks French and German.

Daniela, also bilingual, was born in Ireland but has lived in Umbria for most of her life. She is a graduate of both English and Italian universities, holding degrees in art history, archaeology and museum studies.

We are both passionate and knowledgeable about Umbria: its culture, countryside, food and wine

We have managed any houses and villas, large and small, throughout the years and have also collaborated with various letting agencies in Britain. We understand the differences between cultures and, knowing the Italian way of thinking, we can ensure that any job, big or small, is carried out with the utmost efficiency.
